Demon Powersports Heavy-Duty Front Axle - Polaris RZR XP Turbo, RZR 1000 & RS1

Built to outlast the factory unit, this Demon Powersports heavy-duty front CV axle is a direct-fit replacement for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo, RZR 1000 and RS1. The shaft and CV joints are forged from 4340 chromoly steel and run through a dual heat-treatment process, so the assembly shrugs off the shock loads that snap stock axles on hard hits and hole shots.

Each axle arrives fully assembled and packed with high-pressure molybdenum grease, and the tough TPEE boots resist punctures, heat, and fatigue far better than standard rubber. A double-plunge inner joint delivers roughly 1.5 inches of travel and up to 40 degrees of articulation for smooth power delivery through the suspension's full stroke.
