Shipping Policy
We ship from Vancouver, WA. Most parts go out via standard parcel carriers, but a fair amount of what we sell is heavy or awkward, and that changes the math — see the freight section below.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
Oversized and Freight Items
Tire sets, full-length skid plates, steel bumpers, and light bars over 30 inches ship oversized and may carry a freight surcharge. That surcharge is calculated from your destination and shown at checkout before you pay — we do not bill it after the fact.
- Freight deliveries take 7-12 business days and are curbside only
- The carrier will call to schedule — someone needs to be there to receive the pallet
- The free-shipping threshold applies to standard parcel shipping, not freight
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends, go out the next business day. Freight items add one to two days for palletizing.
International Shipping
We ship parcel-size items to Canada and most international destinations. Rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight, and delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We do not ship oversized freight items internationally.
Damaged in Transit
Inspect freight deliveries before you sign. If a pallet arrives visibly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph it — that documentation is what lets us file a claim and get you a replacement quickly.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
