This Demon Powersports heavy-duty front CV axle drops straight into the Yamaha YXZ1000R and is engineered to take far more punishment than the OE part. Larger CV joints, a 4340 chromoly shaft, and a proprietary dual heat-treat give it the strength to survive big power and rough terrain.
Each axle arrives fully assembled and packed with high-pressure molybdenum grease, and the tough TPEE boots resist punctures, heat, and fatigue far better than standard rubber. A double-plunge inner joint delivers roughly 1.5 inches of travel and up to 40 degrees of articulation for smooth power delivery through the suspension's full stroke.
