The Demon Powersports X-Treme Heavy Duty axle is a race-spec CV shaft built for Can-Am Maverick R / R X / R X RS (2024-2025) (Front (left or right)). Constructed from 4340 chromoly steel with a re-engineered cage design and dual heat treatment, it's rated for the hardest desert, sand, mud, rock, and short-course abuse.

Components run 20 to 30 percent larger than the standard Heavy Duty line, with terrain-specific boots to shed heat during high-articulation runs. This is Demon's strongest axle line, purpose-built for high-horsepower machines and aggressive racing where a stock shaft simply won't survive.
