This Demon Powersports Rugged complete CV axle is a direct OEM-replacement shaft for Polaris Sportsman 850/1000 and Scrambler 850/1000 (2009-2017) (Front). Chromoly steel internals are CNC-machined and heat-treated for strength, then packed with high-quality molybdenum grease to cut heat and friction across the CV joints.

Each axle ships fully assembled and sealed with heavy-duty neoprene boots and coated stainless-steel clamps to lock out water, mud, and grit.
