DOT-certified off-road helmet with a fiberglass shell, removable washable liner, and an adjustable peak. Vented for hot, dusty riding.
Off-road helmets trade the weight of a street lid for ventilation and a wide field of view, which is what you want at trail speeds in summer heat. This one uses a fiberglass composite shell over multi-density EPS, and the liner comes out and goes in the wash — which it will need.
Measure the widest part of your head just above the eyebrows. A helmet should be snug enough that the cheek pads move your skin. Replace any helmet after a real impact, even if it looks fine — the EPS crushes once.
