This is the Grid Off-Road GD14 in 22x12.0, in matte black, drilled 5x150 with a -44 mm offset and a 110.3 mm centre bore. It is sold as one wheel - not a set of four.

At -44 mm that is a negative offset: the mounting face sits inboard of the centreline and the wheel pushes out for a wider stance. Measure what you are running now before you change offset - it moves the tire relative to the fender and the control arms in equal measure. The 22-inch diameter also has to clear your brake package.
