At -76 mm that is a negative offset: the mounting face sits inboard of the centreline and the wheel pushes out for a wider stance. Measure what you are running now before you change offset - it moves the tire relative to the fender and the control arms in equal measure. The 24-inch diameter also has to clear your brake package.
