How Fast Will My Order Arrive?

We process most orders within one business day out of Vancouver, WA. Standard shipping runs 5-7 business days from dispatch, so a normal parcel order is about a week door to door.

Shipping Options

  • Standard (5-7 days): $5.99 — free over $75
  • Express (2-3 days): $12.99
  • Overnight (next day): $24.99

When Your Order Ships Freight

A good chunk of what we sell is heavy or awkward, and it does not go in a parcel truck. Expect freight on:

  • Tire sets and mounted wheel packages
  • Full-length skid plates
  • Steel bumpers and brush guards
  • Light bars over 30 inches

Freight runs 7-12 business days and is curbside delivery only. The carrier calls ahead to schedule, so someone has to be available to receive the pallet — and to help get a 200 lb tire set off the liftgate. Any freight surcharge is calculated from your destination and shown at checkout before you pay. We never bill it afterward.

Note that the free-shipping threshold applies to standard parcel service, not freight.

Check the Pallet Before You Sign

This is the part people skip, and it is the part that matters. Once you sign a clean delivery receipt, you have told the carrier the shipment arrived undamaged, and a later claim gets very difficult.

  1. Walk around the pallet before signing
  2. If there is crushing, tearing, or a shifted load, write it on the delivery receipt
  3. Photograph it before you move anything
  4. Then email us the photos and your order number

With that documentation we can file a carrier claim and get a replacement moving the same day. Without it, we are both stuck.

International Shipping

We ship parcel-size items to Canada and most international destinations. Rates depend on destination and weight and are shown at checkout. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility, and we declare actual value on customs forms — we cannot mark packages as gifts. We do not ship oversized freight internationally.

Tracking Your Package

You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves. Tracking is also on your account page.

Problems with Delivery?

If a parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of shipment, get in touch and we will chase it. Lost or damaged parcels are covered — replacement or refund, your call.
