The Ranger is a capable platform for long trips, but its bed leaves gear exposed to weather, dust and anyone walking past the trailhead lot. The RSI SmartCap EVOa Adventure turns the bed of the 2019-2023 Ford Ranger into a sealed, lockable cargo space that still carries gear on top. This kit is built for the 6' Standard Bed.

The EVOa Adventure trim adds the adventure glass package and a front slider window to the matte black shell, so the canopy vents through to the cab and you can pass gear forward on the road. The rest is standard EVO: double-walled automotive-grade stainless steel panels under baked automotive paint, full-height gullwing side doors, and a rear half-door with a high-mount third brake light.

RSI specifies fitment by bed length rather than cab, so confirm you have the 6' Standard Bed on your 2019-2023 Ford Ranger before ordering — this canopy is cut for that box and no other. Ford Rangers built with incandescent tail lights also need RSI's special third-brake-light harness to run the canopy's high-mount light; check your tail lights and add the harness if yours are not LED. Because of its size and weight this canopy ships LTL freight rather than ground — curbside delivery with a liftgate, and the carrier calls to schedule an appointment before it arrives. Plan on someone being there to receive and inspect it, and have a second person on hand for the lift onto the truck.
