Both sides of this TrailFX adapter carry a 5x114.3 mm (5x4.5 in) bolt circle, so it works as a spacer: the factory wheel goes straight back on, just further out from the hub.

That extra offset is the usual answer to a tire that rubs after a lift, or to a wheel that sits too far under the fender for your taste. The blue anodized-look finish shows through open-spoke wheels.
